Janice is a social worker with many years of experience supporting older adults and their families. She began her career in New York, where she worked at Lenox Hill Hospital conducting psychosocial assessments, coordinating hospital discharges, and helping patients and families navigate complex medical and social care needs. She also worked with community-dwelling older adults through the Jewish Association for Services for the Aged, providing case management, advocacy, and emotional support.

Since making aliyah, Janice has continued to build a career centered on supporting individuals and families through education, guidance, and community services. She is known for her exceptional listening skills, meticulous attention to detail, and compassionate, client-centered approach.
