Yael is a registered nurse with extensive experience caring for older adults in both primary care and geriatric medicine. Before entering clinical practice, she spent nearly two decades at JDC Israel, helping shape national and community-based programs to promote healthy aging and improve services for older adults across Israel. In that role, she collaborated with healthcare organizations, government ministries, municipalities, and community partners to develop innovative initiatives supporting Israel's aging population.

Yael holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University and has completed advanced training in geriatric nursing. She combines strong clinical expertise with a deep understanding of healthy aging, chronic disease management, and the Israeli healthcare system.

Known for her warmth, calm presence, and thoughtful approach, Yael is committed to helping older adults maintain their independence while supporting families through the many decisions and challenges that accompany aging.
